Registration Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account.
• Each person may only create one account — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email must all be accurate.
• Your mobile banking number must match the name registered on your account.
• To update your account details after registration, please contact support and complete the verification process.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal, or at viptakvip's request, you may be required to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with proof of current address. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Viptakvip supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳ 200.
• Deposits are credited instantly — typically within 1–5 minutes.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
• If your deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact support and keep your transaction ID on hand.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500.
• Typical processing time: 5–30 minutes (subject to bank verification).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered on your account.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically ranging from ×8 to ×30.
• Only certain games count toward wagering requirements — not all games qualify for bonus wagering.
• Minimum odds of 1.5 apply for Sports Betting wagers.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time.

All members must follow a set of fundamental rules when betting on viptakvip. These rules apply equally to everyone and are in place to ensure a fair betting environment.

Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature applies.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over scores or results, data from internationally recognised sources will be considered final.
• In live betting, server delays may cause a gap between the time a bet is placed and the actual event — this is normal.
• Viptakvip reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to an obvious technical error.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, it will resume from the last confirmed state.

Reasons for Account Closure

• In the event of a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If found to be using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• If confirmed to be a minor.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute, please write to support@viptakvip.com with full details. viptakvip will endeavor to resolve the matter within 72 hours. In all disputes, game logs, transaction history, and server data shall be considered the definitive record.
